The monthly HOA fees provide all residents with free, basic cable services! Currently, our cable service provider is Spectrum.
Note that the channels provided in the “basic” package are determined solely by Spectrum and may change. A list of the channels included in the “basic” package can be found on the Spectrum web site.
Residents can pay for additional channels and packages. A digital set-top box is required for each television to receive basic cable and advanced services.
There are several options for acquiring the necessary digital equipment.
- You can go a Spectrum cable store and get up to two free set-top boxes per unit and do a self-install on your TV.
- You can also call 1-844-278-3409 and have the video equipment sent directly to your residence and do a self-install on your TV.
- Or you can call 1-888-Get-Spectrum (1-888-438-2427) and schedule a professional install for a fee.
